Who are your role models? My Dad because of his patience. He’s a good problem solver, and he’s good at working with people.

Describe your personal style: Athletic casual I like preppy, but not too preppy. I think you can go overboard on the preppiness.

Describe your ideal date: Dinner is always a go-to, but that’s so run of the mill. Usually, I like to find something out about the person, something they like that’s unique.

What is your most embarrassing Miami moment? I was sleeping in class and a guy sitting was next to me. I woke up and twitched and accidentally hit him! He didn’t think it was very funny.

Career Goals: Start out at my family’s advertising business in Toledo. I just want to do something where I am socializing a lot and working with people.

Miami (OH)

Alaine Perconti graduated from Miami University (OH) with degrees in Marketing and Journalism. She is the co-founder of the Miami (OH) Chapter and was President from 2011-2013. After graduation, Alaine moved to Cincinnati, OH where she works for a digital marketing agency and is an active volunteer for a local animal rescue. As an HC Alum, Alaine is now a Her Campus Chapter Advisor and is excited to be a positive influence and professional partner for CC's in her new role.
