Zeta Tau Alpha’s philanthropy supports breast cancer awareness and education. To kickoff ZTA’s mom’s weekend, the Pink Ribbon 5K was held in order to fundraise towards breast cancer efforts. Sig Ep also held their mom’s weekend at the same time, therefore ZTA decided to partner with them and elicit support from their entire chapter plus their moms and a majority of Sig Ep brothers and their mom’s as well who all had the option of walking or running in the 5K. ZTA had a wonderful turn out for the event including members from other sororities and fraternities on campus who participated in giving back to the Greek community as well.
