HC Miami’s Favorite Celebrity Costumes of 2013

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Miami (OH) chapter.

No place does Halloween like the hallowed hills of Hollywood. Whether they dressed to scare or to sex up the scene, many of the biggest names in the business went all out this year and Her Campus Miami rounded up some of the best looks of the holiday:

Heidi Klum
Halloween enthusiast Heidi Klum transformed into a jaw-droppingly realistic old lady thanks to an Oscar-winning make-up team for her 14th annual Hallween Bash.

Rihanna
Sassy as ever, Rihanna pulled off a blue zombie look she dubbed “Shy Girl.” Rumor has it that she stole romantic rival Karrueche Tran’s idea.

Ellen Degeneres
Funny lady Ellen dressed as Nicki Minaj who appeared on her show a couple weeks ago sporting an extremely revealing jacket. Love the hair, Ellen!

Iggy Azalea
Speaking of great hair, singer Iggy Azalea stepped out as Cruella de Vil, complete with an actual Dalmation and some SERIOUSLY cute houndstooth pants.

Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy
The Heat costars and friends donned matching costumes as bearded fishermen. Plus, how cute is Sandra’s son Louis is his skeleton costume?

Neil Patrick Harris and fam
Speaking of cute kids, Neil Patrick Harris, partner David Burtka, and their lovely kids went with an Alice in Wonderland theme, with Harper as Alice, Gideon as the March Hare. The two padres finished the look as Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum

Kelly Osborne
The pretty lady rocked fabulous red hair for her night as Mad Men’s Joan Harris

Josh Duhamel and Fergie
The new parents looked super sharp in their Dia de los Muertos costumes. #coolpadresalert

Naya Rivera
Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? Why, Naya Rivera brought her to Hollywood with these fabulous black waves and killer leotard.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen

The dynamic duo looking adorbs as ever as the Cowardly Lion and Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz.

Caroline is fashionable, creative, and eccentric, though she likes to consider herself whimsical. She is interested in animals, history, fashion, and true crime and wants to be a writer when she grows up (physically; she will never grow up mentally). When not contributing to Her Campus, she can be found studying, working on a million projects at once, people-watching, playing with her beloved cats and dog, writing for fun, and eating red velvet cake.
