Foods to Make for Friendsgiving

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Miami (OH) chapter.

It’s Thanksgiving time, but with Thanksgiving comes Friendsgiving. Do you need some inspiration or quick recipes? Well look no further.

1. Mashed Potatoes

These are a must at Friendsgiving, so impress your friends with this “perfect” mashed potatoes.

2. Sweet Potato Casserole

This is my personal all-time favorite. It’s healthy because it’s a sweet potato, but sugary at the same time with the marshmallow topping.

3. Turkey Meatballs

Serving a lot of people? Don’t deal with the hassle of cutting a big bird, make little portions instead through a turkey meatball.

4. Green Bean Casserole

Spice up your green beans by making this ooey gooey casserole. It’s one of my personal favorites.

5. Macaroni and Cheese

Speaking of ooey gooey, you can never go wrong with mac n’ cheese. Plus, it’s so easy!

6. Pumpkin Pie

Now, dessert is one of the most important parts of Friendsgiving. Come prepared with a Thanksgiving classic, pumpkin pie.

7. Apple Crisp

But, if you aren’t a big fan of pumpkin pie, apples are always a big hit. Be sure to pair it with ice cream too!
