Ladies, hold onto your seats and listen very carefully. Miami University is now on gorgeous actor Alex Pettyfer’s radar. Does that name ring any bells? I’m sure it does, because he is the leading man in the new upcoming romance movie, Endless Love.
Hitting theaters on Valentine’s Day, Endless Love is about the forbidden love of a privileged girl and an alluring boy, whose relationship is made reckless by pesky, meddling parents. Besides Endless Love, you may also recognize Pettyfer from his work in the film, Beastly with Vanessa Hudgens, I Am Number Four, and every female’s favorite male stripper movie, Magic Mike (*swoon*).
Thanks to the Miami branch of NBCUniversal, I got the chance to sit down, laptop screen to camera lens, with the blonde hunk and ask him the questions that have been crossing all of our minds. Readers of Her Campus Miami, I give you Alex Pettyfer:

HC: What is your favorite past acting job?
AP: Magic Mike. It was the most embarrassing, too!
HC: Favorite genre of movie to act in?
AP: I love subject movies. The Butler was a history piece and I love learning about the American culture and what you guys have been through.
HC: What would your definition of “Endless Love” be?
AP: That’s tough. I think it’s a connection between two people that grows. It’s chemical.
HC: While on location, is there anything you absolutely MUST HAVE with you?
AP: My iPod, I need my music. I love music.
HC: Were you able to connect with your character in the film?
AP: Yes, I’m a hopeless romantic!
HC: How was filming in Georgia?
AP: Great! It’s a very hard place to work in because it’s so much fun! I love it.
HC: How was working with Gabriella Wilde?
AP: Amazing! She’s a lovely woman and made the movie what it is.
HC: When are you the happiest on set?
AP: During night shoots.
HC: Who is your dream costar?
AP: Elena Anaya
HC: What is different in America compared to England?
AP: I love America! Americans are easy to get along with. Not saying English people aren’t but you can stop Americans on the street and ask them a question. The English are a little more cold.
