Davis – Doggett : Determined to Deliver

 Presidential Candidate: Taylor Davis
Taylor is a second-year Business and Pre-Med double major from Chicago, Illinois. On campus she is involved in CAC, Zeta Tau Alpha, Autism Speaks, Operation Smile and Adopt-a-School. Taylor also is the President of her pledge class in Alpha Phi Omega and treasurer of her pledge class in Delta Sigma Pi.
 
Fun Facts about Taylor:

  • If you could have dinner with one person dead or alive who would it be? I would have dinner with Sanjay Gupta.  He is an incredible man who has managed to mix politics with medicine, something I hope to do in the future!
     
  • What’s your guilty pleasure 90’s song? “Baby One More Time” by Britney Spears
     
  • What was your first AIM screen name?  Tayloramgirl, for when I use to love American Girl Dolls.


Vice Presidential Candidate: Drew Doggett
Drew is a second-year Mass Communication and Political Science double major form Nashville, Tennessee. On campus, he is currently a WMSR Radio Host, RHA Representative, PRSA member, ASG off-campus senator and a member of CAC. Drew also is a member of Miami’s 2nd-year advisory board, Philanthropy Co-Chair of Pi Kappa Alpha and is a member of the Inter-Fraternity Council Judiciary and Risk Management Board.
 
Fun Facts about Drew:

  • Who has been the most influential figure on your life? My parents for all of the struggles they grew up with and all the wisdom and opportunities they tried so hard to provide me with.
     
  • What is your most embarrassing Miami Moment? Accidentally stepping on the seal near Upham Hall and having EVERYONE stare at me.
     
  • What is your favorite dinosaur? Baby Bop from Barney

Alaine Perconti graduated from Miami University (OH) with degrees in Marketing and Journalism. She is the co-founder of the Miami (OH) Chapter and was President from 2011-2013. After graduation, Alaine moved to Cincinnati, OH where she works for a digital marketing agency and is an active volunteer for a local animal rescue. As an HC Alum, Alaine is now a Her Campus Chapter Advisor and is excited to be a positive influence and professional partner for CC's in her new role.
