Why did you choose McGill?
I had a few reasons. First of all, it’s the best school in the country (I’m choosing to ignore the little change in rankings that happened recently; I’m sure we’ll get our top spot back). Secondly, I wanted to go somewhere that was a bit far from home so I could be more independent. And (most importantly), the drinking age here was lower than anywhere else in the country, so that was pretty exciting.
What’s your favourite place in Montreal?
Korova’s (on a Monday) and New City Gas. Oh and Tam Tams in the summer.
Who is your celebrity girl crush?
Is that even a question? The one and only Queen—Beyoncé.
What’s one class that you regret taking?
CALCULUS! That course (both Calc 1 and 2) will haunt me ’til the day I die.
Girls’ fashion trends lately have been known to confuse guys. Are there any that you can’t stand?
Hmm… Uggs? But that’s probably because I’m just jealous that they look so damn comfortable.
What advice would you give to girls about guys?
Most of us are in a perpetual state of confusion and just need a little more time to realize how we actually feel. I apologize, bear with us!
Do you prefer a made-up girl, or a more casual look?
When it comes to girls, I often think they look their best in sweatpants and a tank top. It’s not always about dressing up and wearing lots of makeup!
