Introducing this week’s Campus Cutie, Christina Schram!
This Montreal-raised U3 Industrial Relations major is an executive member of her sorority Gamma Phi Beta, the Vice President of McGill’s Panhellenic Council, a competitive skiier, and can whip up a mean batch of baked goods. She loves all movies from The Aristocats to Pulp Fiction, and has big plans to win the heart of Ansel Elgort.
Who is your favorite professor and/or what is the best class you’ve had at McGill?
Any class taught by Chantal Westgate. She’s a really great professor and is super funny.
Describe your perfect date:
Probably doing some sort of activity, or going for drinks. I’m not about going to dinner on a first date, there’s too much pressure. I’d rather do something fun.
What’s your favorite cocktail?
Long island iced tea. It used to be mojitos, but now I’ve had some bad nights with those.
What’s the best birthday gift ever and who was it from?
The best birthday gift I’ve ever gotten is my Kitchen Aid mixer. I cried, and four months earlier, I had gotten a car and did not have an emotional reaction at all. I was so happy with the mixer, even though I wanted a pink one and got a white one. Oh well, ya win some, ya lose most.
If you could have any super-power, what would it be?
Definitely the ability to fly. I could avoid traffic and get places quicker. I wouldn’t want to read people’s minds or anything like that.
It’s 3AM on Friday night/Saturday morning. Where are you, what are you doing, and who are you with?
I’m probably at Alto’s, late night eating after going out. I’m also with my three friends, Jamie, Michelle, and Caro, and we’re eating poutine or tortellini rosé.
What is your favorite brunch dish?
Eggs Benedict! Hundo P.
What’s the best or worst drunk experience of your life?
I don’t really have one in particular. I always end up doing something weird for a long time, like I’ll brush my teeth for like 15 minutes without realizing.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
I hate when I’m driving, and no one knows where we’re going and everyone is disagreeing. I always just pull over and tell them I quit.
What’s something on your bucket list?
Travel to New Zealand.
If you had to wear one outfit for the rest of your life, what would it be?
High-waisted jeans and a knit sweater. It’s classic, casual, and I wouldn’t want to be stuck in something uncomfortable.
How do you think you’d do in a horror movie?
I would definitely be the one that dies first. I can barely sit through a horror movie, so there’s no way I’d survive one. I’d be like Paris Hilton in House of Wax, just screaming.
What kind of music do you like?
I like all music, and I really like going to see live music in Montreal – like anything from a Kygo show to a Half Moon Run concert.
Overused expression?
I basically insert Mean Girls quotes into any conversation I can.
What would your Tinder description say?
I’m the type of person to say “Hi” to dogs.
