These Milani Ultrafine Liquid liners are a bit more stiff than regular felt tips. They go on very wet but set quickly. All colors apply and set evenly enough, but “Prismatic Purple” and “Sparkling Turquoise” are a tiny bit patchy; these, you can go over twice and be fine. “Emerald Glisten” (pictured below) applies like a dream and is probably my favorite one. I would definitely say these are comparable to the Lancome felt tip liners, and way more affordable!
