What are the clubs, organizations, and/or teams you participate in on campus?

I am the current president of the International Club, and I am trying to start a billards club on campus.

Why did you choose Marymount?

It is a tradition! My cousins Erica and Diana Carillo would always take me to events, like the family weekend. I was encouraged to go here.

What is your favorite part of Marymount?

The hidden talent. Everyone is so open and sociable, and they all do their own thing, regardless of whether or not they want to be social.

What is your favorite part of being a student leader?

I like it because at the end of the day, it is all about the club. Everything is done out of love for the club. International club is an organization where people can come and learn about different cultures, and I am so passionate about that.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

Owning a business, and trying to get it running.

What is a day in the life of Sebastian?

Just trying to get everything done! Not to sound like one of those over controlling people, I just simply want to do the best myself, while trying to learn for others. Ask anyone, I will get in your face for the negative or the positive.

What is your dream job, and how do you plan to get it?

My dream job is to not have a job. I want to work for myself. To first start out by living independently, but then gain enough capital to help young entrepreneurs who are not rich or born rich.

What is your favorite motto or quote?

Nike’s “Just Do It”. Just go for it, and don’t let doubt take over.
