Where are you from? Burke, VA
What activities are you involved in on campus? I am a Peer Mentor, Peer Mentor Coordinator for 2015-2016 school year, Orientation Leader, Orientation Team Leader, am on the Campus Ministry Leadership Team and I work at the Lee Center. I also am a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and on the Dining Hall Committee.
What made you want to become an Orientation Leader? I had an amazing experience at Orientation and really felt that all of my OL’s took the time to sit down and get to know me as a person. They were super helpful and answered all of the questions that I had. I wanted to be able to provide the same kind of experience for the incoming freshmen and show them how much Marymount has to offer!
What are some of your hobbies? I love to go on hikes! I also love hanging out with my friends and going shopping! Also, if I have time, I love going to watch my little brother’s lacrosse and baseball games. I also love to go to or just watch sports.
What is your favorite part about being a leader on campus? The impact I can have on other students.
Why did you choose to attend Marymount? I chose to attend Marymount because of their physical therapy program, especially the PT Scholars program. I knew that was what I wanted to study and really wanted to go to a school that offered it.
Where is your favorite spot at Marymount? The walkway between Caruthers and Ostapenko is my favorite spot on campus, especially when it’s warm outside! I love to sit at the tables and do my homework.
What is your dream job? My dream job is to be the physical therapist for a major league sports team, especially the Nationals, Redskins or Capitals!
Who is your biggest role model and why? My biggest role models are my parents. I am one of four kids and my parents have always put my brothers and I first. I admire the way my parents live their lives and always have time for me. They are my biggest supporters and I am very grateful for them.
What is your favorite food? TACOS!!!
