Campus Essentials: Fitness

Fitness. We love to hate it. For me, I consider myself a runner and an amateur yogi. I also really like taking fitness classes too (like spinning). Here are four necessities that I need while I'm working out. A sturdy mat for different types of yoga will go a long way. The right running shoes will prevent injuries and can be used for multiple types of activity. A watch that syncs your runs, walks, jogs can really show how you're improving. And a fun colored water bottle that is easy to take gulps from is always a plus.
