Hello Ladies!

I’m back with another beauty related article that will help keep you looking great this fall. Last week I touched on some fall makeup must haves. This week I’m bringing some hairstyles your way because what’s better than cute, easy, and free?!

1. Waterfall Braid and Loose Waves

This hairstyle might be the one that takes the most time out of the five listed, unless your hair is naturally wavy (it is one of the prettiest though!). All you need to do is curl your hair messily around a large barrel curling wand or iron, then waterfall braid your hair into a half-up, half-down style. If you don’t know how to waterfall braid you can watch this video. It’s like French braiding, but when you go to pick up new pieces you drop one of the other pieces, creating a flowy and beautiful style.

2.  Bandana Head Band

This next hairstyle is so cute and effortless. I find that headbands don’t always fit my head right or stay on but something that works even better is a bandana. All you have to do is pick a pattern or print that you like, roll it up, and tie it in a small knot at the top of your head. There you have it! Simple, easy, and sweet. Bandanas can be worn with virtually any type of hair as well!

3.  Beanie and a Loose Braid

In the fall I find nothing more cozy then a nice scarf and a beanie. This next hairstyle incorporates one of those pieces and is super easy. All you have to do is braid your hair into a side braid like you normally would, then pull at it and loosen it up. Plop a beanie on your head and pull out a few loose strands of hair and you’re go to go!

4. The Tuck

This is a hairstyle I have yet to try, but need to get on top of! All you need is a stretchy headband, natural textured hair, and some bobby pins. Hair spray is optional. Take the stretchy headband and lay it over your head. Then take strands of hair and wrap them around the headband until all of your hair is up and the headband is covered. To keep it in place just add a few bobby pins where needed. For an added effect, braid small sections of the hair before you tuck them in.

5. Reverse Braid Top Knot

Last, but not least we have one of the simplest, yet, most put together buns I have seen. All you have to do is flip your head over and French braid your hair starting at the neck and going up. To finish off, brush or scoop the rest of your hair into a neat, or messy, bun on top of your head. Voila! This hairstyle will be sure to bring the compliments.

I hope you ladies enjoyed these hairstyles and give them a try. For an added bonus try pairing them with makeup tips from my last article!
