Are you tired of your summer playlist? Or maybe looking for a new song to jam too? Well, this list will give you the jumpstart you need to expand your Spotify playlist and make you hit that replay button until it breaks. Make the year a bang with these bangers that you may or may not have heard before.

1. “Obsession” by Vice ft. Jon Bellion

This song is not only a bop for those party music people, but it also has a chill beat which is perfect for fending off the summer heat.

2. “Lose It” by Oh Wonder (Jerry Folk Remix)

While the original song is just as good, you can’t deny that this remix will make

you want to dance all day and all night.

3. “Home” by Machine Gun Kelly (ft. X Ambassadors and Bebe Rexha)

Slowing it down for my people in the back, this song is perfect for getting you in those feels, especially if you’re feeling home sick.

4. “Since I Woke Up” by Common Kings

This song takes you back to summer no matter when or where you listen to it. Chill out and take a breather to this song which might make you think of a certain someone.

5. “Homemade Dynamite” by Lorde ft. Khalid, Post Malone, SZA

Were you ever obsessed with the cross-over Disney Channel shows as a child? If so, then this song is for you. Filled with all-star artists, this song has everything you could ever want in a bop.

6. “Sit Next to Me” by Foster the People

You may remember them from the song “Pumped up Kicks,” but trust me when I say that this song will have you do a double take. This song takes that oldies feel and gives it a new sound that is perfect for our generation.

7. “Side Effects” by The Chainsmokers ft. Emily Warren

This is definitely one of the newer songs on this list, but if you haven’t heard it yet, do yourself a favor and check it out because this song will have you dancing all around campus.

8. “Ocean Drive” by Duke Dumont

As a more chill beat, this song is one you can kick back and relax to while still

tapping your feet to the sound of the song.

9. “Harlem” by New Politics

For my rock people out there, this song definitely has a more 2000’s punk rock sound rather than the EDM beat we often hear today. Even if you don’t think this is a sound that you’re into, still check it out because you might surprise yourself.

10. “Burn the House Down” by AJR

Last, but certainly not least, is this brassy sound by AJR. This song specializes in mixing raw instrumentals with the editing of computerized tracks. This song really is the best of both worlds.
