Ariana and Pete had a pretty short ride. One week they’re just talking; the next week they’re engaged. There’s numerous conspiracy theories on why Ariana and Pete broke up. They include Mac Miller’s death (since Ariana was so in love with him), that their relationship was simply a publicity stunt and fake from the start (I mean Pete is an actor for SNL after all) or that perhaps his bipolar disorder played a part.
Or is it that they simply moved too fast? I’m sure that’s a question everyone who has been in a failed relationship asks themselves: did we move too fast? While I am not trying to make light of a failed relationship, let’s take a look at some things that feel like that they last much longer than Pete and Ariana’s six-month engagement:
- Airport security when you’re running for your flight.
- The line at the DMV.
- Finding a parking spot at a trendy, crowded restaurant when you are already late for your reservation.
- Waiting for your nails to dry after painting them.
- The delivery date for that dress you NEED for an event you’re attending this weekend.
- A cup of water on your nightstand.
It’s always sad when relationships fail, but because Ariana and Pete are two supremely talented, successful, beautiful people, we can rest assured that they will find happiness whether together or apart!
