As the cool weather sets in during this time of year, we all get excited to partake in the things that really define the winter season. From Christmas movies to playing around in the snow, here’s your mood board for winter:
Cozy Sweaters
Nothing feels better than wrapping yourself up in a big, fuzzy sweater when it’s cold outside. You’ll look cute without putting in that much effort, AND you’ll be comfortable. What more could you want?
Hot Chocolate
If you don’t have hot chocolate during the holiday season, is it really winter? A warm treat to have after spending a day outside in the cool, wintry weather.
Ice Skating
One of my favorite activities to do during the winter! It’s something great to do with your friends, or with a date!
Sledding/Skiing/ Snowboarding
An essential winter activity for when it snows. It’s honestly not winter if I don’t do this at least once!
Pom Pom Hats
A cute look for the winter that never falls out of style. I personally love this look, because you can make staying warm look fashionable.
Shimmery Makeup
Eyeshadows, highlighter, and even lip gloss, shimmery makeup with cool undertones is all the rage during the winter season. You can achieve that pretty, wintry glow, similar to how freshly fallen snow glistens.
Christmas Cookies
Is it even the Christmas season if you don’t have cookies? And im talking about all the holiday themed pillsbury cookies, as well as cookies you decorate yourself!
Christmas Movies
Again, no Christmas season is complete without binge watching all your faves. Home Alone, Elf, The Polar Express… this list goes on and on!
Christmas Lights
Makes the holiday season look all the more prettier! There’s something special about twinkly lights that puts you in the holiday spirit!
Fuzzy Blankets… and Fuzzy Everything
When it’s cold outside, I love to wrap myself up in my fuzzy blanket, sherpa, and fuzzy socks. It just makes you feel cozy and warm during the coldest time of the year!
Sitting Fireside
Wrapped up in blankets, next to your fireplace with a newly Christmas-decorated mantel with stockings hanging.
Family Time
One of my favorite parts of the winter season is getting to see my family for the holidays. I feel most at home with them, and that’s a feeling I wouldn’t trade for the world.

Happy holidays everyone, and enjoy the winter season!
