As the weather begins to cool and the leaves change color, we all get excited to do our favorite fall things. From clothing to food and much more in between, here’s a look at your mood board for this fall.

Oversized Flannels

Because who doesn’t love looking all cozy in a flannel? They’re the perfect thing to wear when the weather starts to get cool. They’ll keep you warm, but you won’t die of heat wearing them.

Dark Lipstick

Deep purples and reds are all the rage when it comes to fall.

Pumpkin Spice Everything

I know you all love the classic pumpkin spice latte, but have you ever tried pumpkin spice cookies or donuts? Even pumpkin spice beauty products like lip balms and body lotions get you in the mood for fall.

Pillsbury Pumpkin Cookies

I absolutely LOVE these cookies (I mean, who doesn’t?) They’re sold during every holiday season, but these types of cookies start selling again in the fall!

Warm Cups of Tea and Coffee

It’s time to ditch the iced drinks and go for the hot ones! I know I’ll be getting many hot chai teas this fall.

Candy Corn

Not only do the colors scream fall, but they’re delicious little treats to snack on around Halloween.

Apple/Pumpkin Picking

Was it even fall if you didn’t do this at least once? Not only is it a fun and totally instagram worthy activity, but you can make some homemade treats!

Bonfires

A great fall activity to do with your friends or family. Roast some marshmallows and tell ghost stories! It’s the perfect temperature to feel cozy by the fire but not be freezing cold.

Chrysanthemums

Also known as mums, these flowers make for perfect fall decorations. They also happen to be one of the most popular flowers during this season. I know when I come home for Thanksgiving, these will be all over my yard.

Scented Candles

Candles designed to smell like apples, leaves, pumpkins, basically anything relating to fall, are a great way to spice up room decor and get you in the spirit of the season! Technically it’s a fire hazard to light these in a dorm room, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy their smell!

Spooky Movies

The Halloween season is now upon us! It’s the perfect time of year to binge watch horror movies. But if you don’t like scary movies (like me) then turn on some classics like Halloweentown or Twitches

Fall Leaves

Seeing the leaves change color is so beautiful to look at. Go on a hike or a drive to look at some mountains, and you won’t be disappointed in the warm, breathtaking colors scattered across the trees.

Show Your Appreciation

‘Tis the season of giving thanks! Be sure to let your friends, family, and anyone important in your life know that you appreciate and are thankful for them!
