Nutrients are important. They help us survive and give us a healthy lifestyle. But what most people don’t know is that more than 50 percent of women are not getting the essential nutrients that they need, and only 12 percent are meeting the FDA guidelines for fruits and vegetables. This can be due to a lot of different things, such as allergies, going vegetarian, or simply being born without enough of a certain nutrient. The essential nutrients for women can also be different for the essential nutrients for men. After doing some research and speaking to friends, here are some of the best vitamins for women (that are also budget-friendly!)

Ritual for Women:

A high-quality vitamin for women who are 18 and older. It’s on many of the highest-rated vitamins for women lists time and time again. Not only does Ritual provide essential nutrients, it is also proven to help with brain and bone health, as well as give you antioxidant support to make your entire system feel good!

Vitafusion Women’s:

This one is proven to give you energy and boost your immune system for the day. In times of Covid, this is especially important. Plus they’re gummies so you don’t have to worry about swallowing pills if you don’t like that!

Naturemade for Her:

Found at CVS and most retail drug stores, this one is very common and cost friendly. It has no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives, and has been proven to help fight and prevent yeast infections!

Garden of Life Probiotics for Women:

If you’re like me and suffer from a lack of certain nutrients naturally, then this is a great one! I take this one and I can honestly say it’s made me feel a lot better! As someone who suffers from chronic nutrition and stomach problems, this gives you zinc and magnesium to make your body work better and keep it going!

Lovebug Probiotics for Women:

This one is specifically for your vag. It helps keep your pH in balance and will keep it feeling healthy down there!

I hope this list helps you find the vitamins that work best for you!
