If there is one thing that I learned from Frozen it is to “Let it go.” At the beginning of Frozen, the people of Arendelle were afraid of Elsa because she did not know how to control her powers. Over time, the snow queen learned how to use her ice powers and as she did she “let go” of her insecurities. Not to mention, Frozen 2 just came out so it is time to rewatch the original in preparation for the sequel.

Moana broke free from her family’s customs and sailed out on a dangerous mission to save her people from transforming into black ash. Along her voyage she faced many setbacks such as battling enormous monsters. In the end, she came out stronger and found her true identity. The fierce Moana showed us that a little adventure is good for the soul.

Throughout the story, Pocahontas taught us valuable lessons about how peace is better than war and how you should always stand up for what is right. After Mulan realized her father was in danger she cleverly impersonated herself as a man to go train in the Chinese Military.
