Fall is such a festive time! The weather becomes colder; the leaves start changing, the outfits become cuter. Fall is by far my favorite season. Although I lived in South Florida my whole life and never actually experienced Fall for what it is. When I visit my family in New England, I love watching the leaves change and looking up Fall outfits on Pinterest. Another cool thing about Fall is the food. The PSL season is very important to some people. Personally, I am not a huge fan of pumpkin flavor, so I have never tried a pumpkin spice latte. I have some friends that are obsessed with everything pumpkin.

I was shopping at Trader Joe’s recently and noticed they had their Fall snacks out already. I decided to try a few. They had a variety of different things, something for everyone. From coffee, breakfast foods, dinners, ice-cream’s and even crackers that are mainly pumpkin or squash flavored. I decided to try some and here I am to let you guys know how they tasted.

Pumpkin Cranberry Crisps

I am a cheese fanatic! Anything cheese-related I love, especially charcuterie boards. I have tried Trader Joe‘s regular crisps before, and they were pretty good. I am also a huge fan of cranberries, so I figured these would be tasty. I bought a variety of different cheeses to pair the crackers with. I paired it with brie and truffle cheese. Honestly was not a huge fan. The pumpkin flavor did not go right with the truffle taste. Then I tried it with Boursin garlic and herb spreadable cheese. It was the perfect combo! I could not stop eating them. I mentioned before that I am not a huge pumpkin fan, but these were perfect. They have a cinnamon spice flavor that ties the cheese and the cracker altogether. I will be repurchasing these for sure.

Spicy Pumpkin Samosas

Have you ever tried Samosas? Samosas are one of the most popular street Indian foods. Personally, I’m not too fond of spicy foods. I decided to try the pumpkin ones to see if they were still as spicy as the traditional ones. I really liked the pumpkin version; it gave off a little bit of spice and a pumpkin flavor. If you enjoy flavored pumpkin foods these would be the perfect appetizer for you.

Pumpkin Rolls

I saved the best for last! Who does not like cinnamon rolls, or even better: pumpkin rolls! The pumpkin flavor is not too overpowering. They are very moist and cook fluffy. Great for beginners who are not the best at baking. The pumpkin rolls also are just delicious. I recommend trying them ASAP! They are selling out at Trader Joe’s, I was lucky enough to grab the last one at the store by my house.

Even though I am not a huge fan of Fall foods, I still enjoyed the snacks I tried. If Suppose pumpkin is your all-time favorite food, I suggest going to Trader Joe’s. They have some pumpkin ice cream and yogurts that might be good to have as a treat or snack. They also have pumpkin bread mix, which is an excellent to make with a group of friends when bored.
