Easy and Stylish Hairstyles for the Holidays

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Lynn chapter.

Thanksgiving is approaching us sooner than you think! Have you ever been in the holiday mood but do not know what to do with your hair? Down below, check out four girl-approved hairstyles for thanksgiving.

Natural Curls

Let me tell you girls, there is no better feeling than letting your hair do its own natural curl pattern. To get this look, put some product in your hair while it is still wet and then let it dry on its own thing. No need to do anything else, with time your hair will look beautiful and all-natural!

A Textured Lob

This look is not only stylish, but it is effortless! This is the easiest way of creating loose waves with a hairdryer. Watch out girls, a wavy lob is coming back and better than ever.

Braids

Braids are and forever will be a thing no matter the occasion. If you are running late to dinner just put your hair up in a braid. A loose french braid is not only easy but stylish for photos. To create this look, start by separating you hair into three strands and continuously add more pieces of hair in. There you have it a loose french braid!

Half-up Half-down Bun

This is by far the easiest and most convenient hairstyle yet. Do you ever find yourself rushing and do not have time to take a shower? Here is the answer for you, put some dry shampoo in your hair and put it in a half-up half-down bun!

Olivia is a senior at Lynn University. She is studying multimedia journalism with a minor in education. Before this, she would write every once in a while for herself, but her real passion for writing started during her senior year in high school when she illustrated the pain of losing a parent. She loves new experiences and getting to know different cultures, which is why she studied abroad in London over the summer of 2019. She hopes to continue writing and become a news anchor in a major city.
