Natasha Romanoff has always been a supporting character in Marvel movies. She was the first female Avenger, and fans love her. For years fans have been demanding for her to have her solo film. In 2020, they had their wish come true. Natasha Romanoff was finally getting her solo movie. In the film, fans would find out about her life before joining the Avengers and Shield, which everyone seemed to be very curious about.

Due to the pandemic, the movie has been postponed two times already. There is no way of knowing if the movie theater will be open during the movie’s release date. The release date for The Black Widow movie as of now is May 7, 2021. There is still a chance for it to be postponed, which fans are worried about.

Marvel’s new series Wanda Vision was released on Disney Plus at the beginning of this year; it has become enormous. Fans have loved the possibility to watch a marvel project on a streaming website. Fans love that they can get more Marvel content every week. With the new Marvel shows on Disney Plus, fans receive new Marvel content every week; this has never happened before. These shows also help set up Marvel’s phase four. All the shows and movies are connected. Fans love that this is giving them an idea of what to expect in the future of Marvel. It has also reached new fans, who have now started to love the franchise. Disney plus has a vast audience, so fans wonder why Marvel is not releasing the black widow movie on there.

The new Wonder Woman movie had a hybrid release. It was released on HBO Max and at the movie theater at the same time. I think Marvel should do something similar for the Black Widow. They should release it on May 7 on Disney Plus and in the movie theater. Since some countries have movie theaters open, this could help them earn higher revenue and not postpone the movie even more.

As a Marvel fan, I have been waiting for this movie for a while now. I think it would be a smart move for Marvel to release the Black Widow movie in the theater and Disney Plus. I think this would reach more viewers. Since the pandemic won’t be gone for a while, lots of movie theaters are closed, and people do not want to take the risk, it would be the smartest choice for Marvel.
