This summer I took a trip to Las Vegas with some family and friends, and as a newly 21 year old, I had an itch to do some bucket list crossing. For me, that meant paying to see sexy men in cowboy hats and g-strings. So, I bought tickets for my mom and I to see Australia’s Thunder from Down Under (yes, I brought my mom and she loved it).
I knew it was going to be a good night because I won $70 at the slot machines waiting for the show to start. If you asked me what sparked the interest, I’ll tell you I watched all three Magic Mike movies back-to-back on the plane ride over. And honestly, you never know when Channing Tatum will pop out.
As soon as the guys took the stage, not one person in the audience dropped their smile all night. To say the least, the vibes were immaculate and raunchy, and what the dancers lacked in choreography, they made up for in washboard abs. To say the most, however, I was pulled on stage by a sexy Australian man and got a lap dance… on a cowhide bed… in front of my mom. Fortunately, the drinks were really yummy and really strong, so I didn’t dwell too much on that until the next morning. I did think about that man for the entirety of the next week, though.
Needless to say, it was a fantastic night, and I was already organizing a field trip for the girls in the group chat on the plane ride back. If it doesn’t sound like your thing, it may very well be the funniest thing you witness all year.
