Being home for the summer after living in a dorm with no kitchen and eating from the dining hall every night means catching up on all the cooking, blending, and baking I missed! This was one of the things I missed most about moving 3000 miles away from home. So of course, the first day I was home I went straight to the kitchen and whipped up one of my favorite breakfasts. Here’s the recipe:


  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • ice cubes (optional)

Mix all together in a high-speed blender until creamy and thick! You will need to alternate between blending and stirring with a tamper or large spoon to blend it all together.
