Music is my free, everyday, on-the-go form of therapy. As someone who loves contemplating life and exploring Spotify, I’ve discovered songs that help me embrace my feelings and songs that help distract me from them. My all time favorite songs, however, are comforting combinations of melancholic and uplifting. Listen to this playlist for a journey through melodically, harmonically, and emotionally raw tunes. It starts with a set of slow, lo-fi jams that let you deep dive into your mind and heart. Then, it transitions into mellow, semi-techno section that lets you groove the pain away. Lastly, it brings you back up with positive vibes for a calming sense of resolution. The whole playlist won’t work its magic on everyone, but these songs got me through stress, panic attacks, existential crises, breakups, loss, and more!
