This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at LMU chapter and does not reflect the views of Her Campus.

Jeremy may be new to LMU, but his big sister (and one of HerCampus LMU’s editors!) says he’s fitting right in. He may come from NorCal, but with his year-round tan and frequent spottings at Lemonade and Urth Café (two of his favorite places to grab a bite), you’d think he was born and raised under the SoCal sun. Read our interview with Jeremy below to learn more about the new Hitchcock on campus!

Name: Jeremy Hitchcock

Year: Freshman

Major: Computer Science

Dream Job: CEO of Shelby American Motors or Product Marketer for Spotify

Hometown: San Francisco, CA

Relationship Status: Single

Activities you participate in: “I played water polo all four years in high school and every summer in between. I wanted to continue playing in college, but didn’t want the full commitment of playing a college-level sport. LMU just started a water polo club, so that’s how I’m planning to keep things going.” (He also mentioned long boarding, working out, going to the beach, and eating as activities he likes to do.)

Guilty Pleasure TV Show: Archer.

Favorite Food: Seafood.

What do you look for in a girl? – “She has to be interesting and share similar interests with me. I think a girl should care about her self-image, too. She should want to look good and take care of herself if that makes sense. Oh, and she has to be funny. A great sense of humor is big for me.”

Celebrity Crush: Victoria Justice

Ideal date: “I’d take a girl to a nice restaurant in Beverly Hills, then find a cool place to watch the sunset. LMU’s bluffs are awesome, but the beach would work, too.”

Biggest Turn Off: No interest in self-image.

What is something that not a lot of people know about you? – “I love Japanese culture. The food, films, television shows, etc. Going to Japan is definitely on my bucket list.”
