Do you ever crave dessert or something sweet, but just have absolutely no way of baking or cooking up your favorite brownies? Have an oven, but are too anxious to wait 20 minutes for your dessert to be at perfection? Or just need your sweets right now???

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you are in the right place! I am here to share with you 3 of my favorite desserts made entirely in a mug and take at most 5 minutes to make!

 

Brownie in a mug

Ingredients

¼ cup of flour

¼ cup of sugar

2 Tbsp cocoa (unsweetened)

Pinch of salt

Tiny pinch of cinnamon

¼ cup water

2 Tbsp canola oil or vegetable oil

⅛ Tsp vanilla extract

 

Optional toppings:

  • Whipped Cream

  • Chocolate Chips

  • Sprinkles

  • Chocolate Sauce

  • Caramel Sauce

It will take a few minutes to add and mix all the ingredients together. Once everything is mixed together, microwave for 1 minute. After, let it cool down for a minute or two, add some toppings and enjoy!

 

 

Birthday Cake in a mug

Ingredients

4 Tbsp of flour

3 Tbsp of sugar

1 Tbsp of sprinkles

½ Tsp of  baking powder

3 Tbsp of milk (can substitute for non-dairy milk, i.e. almond or soy)

1 Tbsp of oil (vegetable or canola)

2 Tsp of vanilla extract

Steps

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a mug.

2. Then, microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

3. Once it is done, take it out and let it sit for a few minutes to cool off.

4. Lastly, add some whipped cream and extra sprinkles and enjoy!

 

 

Cookies N Cream in a mug

Ingredients

¼ cup of white chocolate chips

3 Tbsp milk (can substitute for non-dairy milk, i.e. almond or soy)

4 Tbsp all-purpose flour

¼ Tsp baking powder

½ Tbsp of oil (vegetable or canola)

2 Oreos

Steps

  1. Mix white chocolate chips and milk together, and microwave for 40 seconds. Once time is up, mix well together, making sure the chocolate is melted completely.

  2. Add flour, baking powder, and oil. Stir together until everything is smooth and well mixed.

  3. Mash the 2 Oreos together until they are in small cookie crumbles.

  4. Add the smashed Oreos into the batter and mix well.

  5. Put the mug in the microwave and cook for 1 minute.

  6. Let the it sit, to cool down, then add any extra toppings and enjoy!

 

Don’t those all just make your mouth water? There you have it! Three simple and fun ways to make dessert in a mug! These are just a few ways satisfy those sweet tooth cravings that you may be having!!
