1. Pulling up to the party with your girlfriends and seeing people who are trying to bring guys get denied, but you just strut in like this
Probably the best thing about being a girl in college is the fact that frat guys NEVER turn girls down. Own it and embrace being a girl walking into that party!
2. Going on the dance floor for a total of 10 minutes before you bolt for the small fan in the corner because your hair is drenched with sweat
That moment when you finally get to the fan — now that’s what heaven feels like.
3. Dancing with your girls when you realiZe someone is hitting on you that you aren’t into
Tip: get out QUICK or else you will be in the awkward situation of having to do it later on!
4. When you want and your friends want to be one of those ‘girls on elevated surfaces’ so you stand on a table and look to the left only to see your friend fall into the crowd
It is unfortunate and it does happen — be careful.
5. After waiting on the bathroom line for 20 minutes, you walk in only to see the toilet is clogged, there is no toilet paper and your walking around in vomit
TIP: you can either full send it and pee if you really have to go or hold it until you get back to campus. I recommend just going or you will be uncomfortable the entire night.
6. When you jolt back to the dance floor once the song ‘In My Feelings’ by Drake comes on
This song will forever be a classic — dancing to it with your friends and making a fool of yourself can’t be beat.
7. You purposely walk outside to get fresh air but instead, all you smell is urine
PSA: Boys will pee off the balcony and in the bushes close by so watch where you’re walking all the time.
8. When all you wanna do is dance to Mo Bamba but instead, all you get is frat boys stepping on your feet and pouring their drinks on you
9. Wasting all your money on ubers, trying to find the right house,because you are given at least 5 different addresses.
Make sure you have the right address before leaving. There is nothing worse than pulling up to a house when a party isn’t even going on…
10. Walking back to your dorm, when you immediately realize your shoes have a thick layer of dirt on it…and that when you attempt to wash them they will forever be stained
I hate to break it to you but those shoes are a loss cause. I recommend designating a pair of shoes you don’t love just for going to frat parties so when they get dirty you won’t feel the need to get upset and wash them.
