The season of trick or treat, the season of dressing up into your favorite movie, book, cartoon, anime, fantasy characters, and even your favorite celebrities! Well, when on the one hand, decorating your house with the utmost gothic and haunted theme is necessary, putting pumpkins around the house, lighting candles, hanging toy skeletons from your windows, and making it all as spooky as possible, on the other hand, dressing up and turning yourself into someone else completely for one whole day, also sounds pretty thrilling!

The blockbuster fantasy comedy film directed by Greta Gerwig has got many people rolling to be Barbie Halloween. From Vintage Barbie, and Dreamhouse Barbie to Cowgirl Barbie and ‘Dance the Night’ Barbie, there is an exclusive range of styles that people can dress up as. One of the most popular ones being, Cowgirl Barbie, all that is required is a hot pink costume. The chic pink outfit is such a massive throwback to the retro 70s and 80s- plus it underlines modern fashion as well. The star printed, vest, flared pants, and scarf beautifully capture the essence of the 70s and 80s disco parties. But, be it their romantic date nights, or, concerts, or even Hailey’s product launch, the couple is always found in a weird combo! Hailey is always so gracefully and elegantly dressed up, and Justin is just there, in his plain and simple hoodies and his pants, way below his waist. Fans seem to have turned this into a Halloween trend, and so many are dressing up like this famous couple. Everyone is majorly copying the style, on the day Hailey and Justin were seen at the former’s skincare company, Rhode’s product launch. While Hailey wore a beautiful red dress, paired with red heels, and a small red bag, her hair tied up beautifully, and wearing her “B” pendant gifted by her husband, Justin was seen accompanying her in a grey sweater, with grey shorts, paired with a pink cap worn backward, and for shoes, he wore a pair of yellow crocs. If I was Hailey Bieber, I could never! Even though they were initially trolled for this, it seems with the onset of Halloween, the couple has set their contrasting style as a trend for the festival.
Haunted and Scary Dolls!
Anabelle? Megan? Or the Squid Game Doll? All go hand-in-hand with the spooky season! The Conjuring Universe had us feel shivers down our spine with the famous Anabelle Doll, dressing up as her for Halloween only sounds nothing but fitting. All that is needed for this is a white gown with an inserted red colored flower belt, and a ginger-colored wig, with pigtails on either side. For makeup, a deep red lipstick, and for the extra scare maybe some fake splash of blood on the face and a little bit on the white gown.
The Squid Game Doll doesn’t run behind when it comes to getting scared. The doll who could kill with her eyes, indeed is a great character to dress up as. A one-piece yellow colored blouse matched with an orange dress, a pair of knee-high white socks, and a pair of black flats. Lastly for the hair, a short brown hair wig with bangs and two low and small ponytails on either side, and that is it for the Doll!
Wife of Frankenstein!
Wife of Frankenstein is one of the popular costumes for Halloween. Last year, 2022, Kylie Jenner really outdid herself in this costume. She recreated the look with a custom-made Jean Paul Gaultier couture gown by Glenn Martens. The semi-sheer bodice is covered in dozens of strips of cloth threaded through grommets that span the length of the dress, and it has a curve-hugging form, long sleeves, and a high straight neckline. The designer also created matching fabric-covered heels and white gloves. Jenner finished her look with her own glamourous spin on the classic style of the Bride of Frankenstein. She drew elongated eyebrows with pointed ends and a pair of dark lips. Lastly, she styled her hair in a high-curled bouffant with two white streaks down each side.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder really brought out the horror and terror of the story of Frankenstein through her style and she excelled more in her black and white photoshoot in this attire.

Dressing up as celebrities is one of the basic trends of Halloween. From Madonna to Elvis Presley, Cher to Britney Spears, it has become way too common now, however, there’s still a race as to who successfully captures the essence of these legends more.
Hailey Bieber dressing up as Britney Spears from her two most famous music videos, ‘Baby One More Time’ and ‘Oops…I Did It Again’, Kylie Jenner as Marilyn Monroe, and Halsey as Cher are some of the iconic Halloween moments in Hollywood. Celebrities often dress up as their peers, and it can never be not funny and exciting. Ryan Seacrest as Harry Styles. Kourtney Kardashian as Ariana Grande, Harry Styles as Elton John, Olivia Wilde as Dolly Parton, Jacob Elordi and Kaia Gerber as Elvis and Priscilla Presley, and the list goes on.
