Events Blog – HC Leeds teams up with Cosmo on Campus

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Leeds chapter.

Here at HC Leeds we love Cosmo magazine, and we know that our readers do too. So what better than a freebie issue designed especially for university students, handed out by the lovely Her Campus girls?

Tuesday 8th May saw HC team members Claire, Alice, Kate and myself teaming up with the brand ambassadors for Cosmo’s sister magazine, Cosmo on Campus. We had a great day giving out the magazines and parading around campus in the snuggly Cosmo hoodies. We were also on the stand in the union giving out free Missguided lipglosses and Eyelure falsh lashes for those of you who purchased the bargain £1.50 Cosmopolitan issues!

There are still plenty of Cosmo on Campus issues left around the university buildings, on the newspaper stands and in the common room for example.

Make sure you don’t miss out on your copy, with articles including an interview with Nicki Minaj, tips of planning a mini-gap trip and cringe-worthy confessions from work placements gone wrong. These are exactly the sort of things we know our readers would love to read about, so we were really happy to be able to get involved.

We’re hoping to team up with the Cosmo on Campus team next year for further events and promo days, so watch this space!
