Sunday night was the Academy Awards aka the Oscars. While everyone was busy getting hyped about Leonardo DiCaprio’s first win, we were gushing over the red carpet fashion! Let’s just say a lot of the presenters stole the show from the Nominees!

BEST  ACADEMY AWARD-ESQUE DRESS

Margot Robbie was daring in gold. Her Tom Ford dress made her look like an Academy Award, and we loved it! Robbie brought the glitz in this gown, changing up the solids, lace, and sheer gowns that crossed the carpet. She rocked a sleek middle part, and her golden locks matched her golden gown. One word, stunning.

BEST #OSCARSSOWHITELACE

White was the color of choice for the evening. Priyanka Chopra wins for best in white lace wearing a beautiful Zuhair Murad gown that complimented her perfect figure.  The sheerness towards the bottom of the dress a whisper of leg action. Her white dress was paired with a red lip and up-do that looked flawless together. The Quantico star looked bronzed and beautiful in this number. P.S. loving the cleavage and collar bones.

BEST GREEN GOWN

Saoirse Ronan represented her Irish roots in this emerald Calvin Klein gown. The Brooklyn star looked like a sexy mermaid in this dress. Her wore her hair wavy and free, and the smoky eye worked seamlessly with this look. Ronan even gave us a little booty with the plunging cutout back. We love everything about this!

BEST DRESSED COUPLE

You’ve probably already guessed it… Chrissy Teigen and John Legend stole the red carpet AGAIN! These two know how to compliment each other’s style perfectly and how to be #couplegoals wherever they go. Chrissy’s Marchesa dress perfectly silhouetted her baby bump and the rest of her still stunning while pregnant body. These two make us swoon whenever they’re together!

MOST TAILORED MALE

Eddie Redmayne was nominated for “Best Actor” for his daring role in The Danish Girl. Although he lost the award to Leonardo DiCaprio, he beat out Leo for style with his Alexander McQueen tuxedo. Redmayne knows how to make sure his tux is tailored to perfection. The velvet suit jacket was a perfect touch and changed up the male side of the red carpet.

BEST DRESSED

Many critics would say not to wear red on the Red Carpet, but Charlize Theron proved that statement wrong! Charlize was one of the first to present at the Oscars this year. Her film Mad Max: Fury Road took home six Academy Awards, but Theron definitely won best dressed of the evening. Simplicity appears to be the way to win this year. Not only did she look flawless in her red Christian Dior gown, but her hair, makeup, and accessories complimented the gown perfectly. The dress’ plunging neckline was to die for and the dress hugged her in all the right places! Slay Charlize, slay!
