 Made by Colombian American designer Nathalia, her sustainable and ethical brand offers classic two-piece blazers. The garments are created from old clothing, deadstock textiles, and natural dyes. Her zero-waste approach in her brand gives new life to old clothing, from an ethical perspective. She also offers her second-hand shop of vintage items on her second Instagram account, “maximalminimalist”.
Asta Maisé
This colorful patch collection is made by Asta Maise. Her colorful palette of bright colors on hats, bags, and shirts are all sustainably designed. Each garment is ethically handcrafted and recovered by materials. Her designs and brand shape towards a more circular fashion.
OXDX
This Indigenous-owned brand specializes in graphic art, screen printed apparel and cut-and-sew clothing. Owner and designer Jared Yazzie has been creating his pieces since 2009. His company has created an up-cycling program for his customers. With this, his customers can bring in good, forgotten, and other conditions of clothing. They can have it customized. The brand also plans to open doors for customers to come in and bring their own clothing, so it can be imprinted on their OXDX screen print designs.
Selva Negra
Selva Negra was created by founders Kristen Gonzalez and Sam Romero. Their designs express their Latinx heritage and their shared values of eco-friendly fashion. The works of their designs specialize in engineered comfort, multi-use silhouettes and contemporary shapes. All sources are ethically sourced materials, truthful production, and zero-waste packaging. Their newest collection incorporates organic and natural fibers for long-lasting quality. Their garments are made by fair wages and ethical production.
Doodlage
 This New Delhi based fashion brand works with creating designs from post production and post-consumer textiles. Co-founders Kristi Tula and Paras Arora created their men and women apparel collection from fabric waste. Kristi Tula recalls that upcycling was a deep-rooted tradition she witnessed growing up in India. She wanted to continue that tradition in her fashion brand.
