These Are the Must Haves for Luxuriously Soft and Glowing Hair

I’m going to tell you how through a process of trial and error I found products that really do have the power to magnificently transform your hair in unheard-of ways (if you want to shake things up a bit). At least they took my two feet of straight out of a box blonde (that hasn’t been cut since it was bleached twice over a year ago),  into the soft, glowing and radiant strands I’m so grateful it is today. I can’t stop touching it sometimes. These products literally change a hair on a daily basis. On days where I don’t use them, there is a significant difference that frankly, I would rather not have.

Here are some personal recommendations just for you, from real experience. Hopefully, the goal of this whole article is achieved and you love your beautiful hair even more.

Step 1:

OGX Tea Tree Mint Shampoo

Buy for $6.57 on Amazon

Not only will your locks be (radiating the scent of an enticing sharp peppermint, it’s also the holy grail for volume.

I’ve found to be the best volumizing trick is, when your in the shower, step out of the water and rub in the product until its foamy and soapy- to the point where if you were to transfer the substance onto your face you would look like the embodiment of Santa Clause. And then, of course, step back in and rinse.

Then, which will bring us to Step 2, texture also allows it to work wonderfully with other products when mixed together.

Step 2 Mixing Both shampoos and then applying (and of course, doing the Santa Cause technique).

    OGX Brazilian keratin therapy Shampoo

Buy for $5.79 at Target

First, let’s talk about just what keratin is exactly. Basically, it’s the secret ingredient. According to Viviscla, it’s a protein naturally found in hair strands, which gives hair its structure and “makes hair less prone to breakage  [because] keratin bonds to the rough edges of individual hairs, covering the cuticle, straightening it, and promoting shine and strength.” And I wholeheartedly agree, this really is one of the key contributors to a great hair day.

The buttercream frosting on top: the added oil and cocoa butter really add a type of softness that makes it hard to stop touching your hair. Volume, undeniable smoothness & softness and the ability to see your reflection in your hair? Yes, please.

Step 3

The inferred promise from the title astonishingly delivers. Accurate. It’ll indulge your senses and make you feel as though you were in a Yankee candle store.

Step 4: The Game Changer

OGX Extra Strength Refreshing Scalp + Tea Tree Mint Scalp Treatment

Buy for $6.99 at Harmon Face Values

This is like sunscreen for your hair. It’s that added a level of oomph that makes all the difference.  Used with all the products above, it doubles the effects of them but is also a superhero on its own.

After about 15 minutes of my hair being in the infamous towel hat, I place the nozzle placed directly my scalp where my hair begins on my neck I squeeze the bottle midly and draw lines that end at the back of my head. And then do the opposite but starting where my forehead meets my hair.

Now We Brush

Garnier Whole Blends Refreshing 5-in-1 Lightweight Spray

Buy for $5.79 at Harmon Face Values

I cannot emphasize enough, how wonderful this stuff is. This is my saving grace. It’s straight-up magic for brushing knots of all degree’s out. Can be used on wet or dry hair,

Just a couple spritz and you’re more than golden.

Have you ever brushed your hair in under 2 minutes?

OGX Replenishing + Water Drops 8-in-1 Mist

  Buy for $8.99 at Ulta

All you have to do is spray this onto your hair after Garnier’s detangler and I’m telling you, you’re going to be shockingly impressed.

The Glistening Kicker

OGX Smoothing + Liquid Pearl Luminescent Serum

Buy at Walmart for $7.59

This serum wholeheartedly in a literal sense makes hair look like you put extensions made of thinned out gold into it.  It’s Super Simple to use too. I’ve found it’s easier and more effective when you use it on wet hair after it’s brushed out (or in any state where you can run your fingers easily through it). Then pump out some on your hand and rub and brush it through your hair.

The real deal though: just saying the best solution for really bad split ends is to get them cut if they really need to be.

I’m constantly trying new products and updating my routine so stay tuned for more amazing products.
