  1. Trail Mix

Trail mix is the perfect snack to have in your backpack or dorm during finals week. It gets you protein, dried fruit, and something sweet in one ready-to-go snack. My personal favorite is the Monster Mix from Target

  1. Candy

It is finals week, please treat yourself! Buy yourself your favorite candies and indulge. You can also use it as a reward system for yourself to keep yourself motivated to keep studying. For example, if you’ve studied for an hour, eat a candy bar.

  1. Tylenol

You are bound to get a headache or feel ill during finals week, let’s be real. Grab your favorite over-the-counter medicine of your choice and take some when your sickness symptoms kick in. If you are feeling under the weather, please rest when you need to. You are often more productive after you take a nap, so have one!

  1. Caffeine of Choice

Grab a coffee, latte, red bull, or green tea, and start studying. You will need that boost of caffeine to stay awake. However, please do not drink too much, you will be jittery and feel gross! Also, please don’t mix caffeine and Tylenol, you could damage your liver!

  1. Emotional Support Water Bottle

Please stay hydrated during finals week! Take care of your health. Carry around your emotional support water bottle and rely on it during finals week for hydration and comfort. Refill, refill, refill!

  1. Chargers

If you are late-night studying in the library, it is so inconvenient for your laptop or phone to die. Just carry around your chargers, so you never run into this problem.

Good luck!
