Tuesday April 5, 2016 at 7pm, is Lasell’s annual mini show that benefits Birthday Wishes, a Boston based charity that organizes birthday parties for children in need. The Fashion Show Production classes, (Fash 308) will be running the show this year, organizing all aspects of the show from set up, model lineup, commentary, raffle, and finding the boutiques around the area that will allow their garments to be worn by student models in the show. Tickets will be sold within the week outside Valentine Dining Hall, and at the door the night of the show, for $5 per person, or a donation to the charity of any item that can be used for a child’s birthday party such as balloons, decorations, etc. The charity asks that if you do want to donate that the items be new, in packaging, and not be perishable items such as food or candy.
