This week’s campus cutie is sophomore Shannon Motz. She just recently switched her major from Fashion and Retail Merchandising to Event Management, in hopes of someday planning music and art festivals. She is The Vice President of Hope for Humanity, SAAC treasurer, Blue Key Society Ambassador, has been recently accepted into the Lasell Alumni Association, and is a member of the field hockey team. She has also been on the past ASB trip to Atlanta this spring, which she says, “ASB was probably one of the best things I’ve done since I’ve been at Lasell, and have meet several people who I was fortunate enough to grow really close to,  who I probably never would have met if I didn’t have this opportunity.” She also says that “sports, field hockey specifically, have been a huge part of my life since I started playing in second grade.” This cutie loves sports, meeting new people, and hanging out with friends. She is anxiously awaiting fall for field hockey season, to start having practice and games every week. You are sure to spot her around campus on her way to practice, or headed to a meeting for one of the various clubs she is involved in!

At home I work at an ice rink and am a camp counselor for kids teaching hockey lessons, which is one of my favorite sports. I like working out, writing, listening to music, and going into Boston whenever I can.
