With Valentine’s Day coming up and love in the air, it is a perfect time to decide on which romantic movie to watch. Whether you are watching them alone, with your galentines, or with your S.O, the following films are some perfect Valentine’s Day picks for whatever you are looking for.

1. 10 Things I Hate About You (1999)

This movie is one of those romcoms that I go back to all the time. It is fun and playful, but also heartfelt if you’re looking to get a little emotional.

2. A Walk to Remember (2002)

A Walk to Remember may be one of my all-time favorite movies there is. This sweet Nicholas Sparks romance drama starring Mandy Moore and Shane West will be sure to have you shedding a tear by the end of the night.

3. Me Before You (2016)

Now, this may quite possibly be one of the most emotional films on this list. If you are really looking for a romantic drama that will get you falling head-over-heels for an intense love story, this is for you.

4. When Harry Met Sally (1989)

This 1989 film is one of the older movies on the list, which makes it perfect if you’re looking for a little bit of a throwback. This is not your typical Romeo and Juliet tragic love story, but it will give you a good laugh when watching this rom-com.

5. Love Simon (2018)

Being the newest film on this list, this love story shares something other than the typical heterosexual romance movie. This story follows Simon, a gay high school teen who falls in love online.

6. Notting Hill (1999)

This film set in Notting Hill London, England will be sure to get you laughing all night. Starring Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant, you just know this 90s film is going to be good!
