The Best Sites to Browse On Black Friday

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Lancaster chapter.

Friday 23rd of November is almost upon us, and this year Black Friday is set to be bigger and better than ever.

Whilst online retailers like to emphasize Cyber Monday, the Monday after, as the online shopping version, it is worth noting that most Black Friday deals do go online. In fact, some have already started! If there’s something specific you want to buy before Christmas, it probably isn’t worth waiting.

You will quickly find that the heavily discounted items will be sold out before you get chance to have a second look.

If, like me, you’d much rather grab some bargains from the comfort of your own home (internet shopping is definitely my preference) instead of fighting fellow shoppers down the aisles, there are a few websites to keep your eye on.

Amazon

This leading online retailer sells everything from electricals to earrings and the deals are always not one to be missed.

Argos

Whilst they are yet to reveal this year’s discounts, you can expect reductions on a wide range of products, including homeware and beauty.

Boots

Fragrance and make up gifts will make the ideal Christmas presents. Their Soap and Glory discounts are notoriously popular on Black Fridays.

Currys PC World

If you are in need of a new laptop for your studies, then look no further.

The discounts offered on home, tech and fashion lines are bound to be as good as ever.

Although it is tempting to go overboard on these amazing deals, it is worth remembering not to get too carried away. It’s only a good deal if you actually need it!
