So you’ve escaped norovirus but now you have some gross cold that won’t go away. Now what? I’m not a doctor but you should definitely heed my advice if you want to recover ASAP Rocky.

Sleep

Just keep sleeping… Netflix can wait. Your friends should be concerned that you’re in a coma at some point. If you’re struggling to pass out, some NyQuil should help.

Vitamin C

Eat it, drink it, bop it, twist it. Do whatever you have to do to get absurd amounts into your body. Granted, I have no idea what vitamin c does for you but I’ve heard good things. Gummies and Emergen-C packets are a godsend. Even if it doesn’t help, at least you won’t get scurvy.

Fluids

Peeing is like a facial for your organs. The more water you drink, the quicker the bug will pass through your system (don’t look that up… I’m definitely right). Gatorade, water, and Pedialyte are your friends.

Maybe see a doctor

If you aren’t getting better, it might be time to see a real doctor. It’s better to be safe than sorry. You don’t want to be the one that’s spreading the plague around.

Stay safe Laf, and please don’t give me whooping cough.

Deuces.
