Disclaimer: I have not watched every single Netflix Christmas movie but from the ones I have these are my favourites.
Who doesn’t like a fun Christmas movie, especially the ones that are cheesy and romantic?
1. A Christmas Prince
A journalist on her way to random country with a cute prince that she has to write about. Somehow she ends up becoming the princess’ tutor and is getting the inside scoop on the prince’s life. I could watch this movie a million times and still love it.
2. The Holiday Calendar
A young aspiring photographer is given an antique advent calendar by her grandfather. She quickly discovers its magical and predicts whats is going to happen to her each day. Her best friend in the movie is cute and I love their relationship with each other.
3. The Princess Switch
Gabriella Montez has been doing a lot since her days as a wildcat… Anyways Stacy is an American baker and gets to compete in a competition in a small kingdom in Europe. While there she discovers the duchess who is engaged to the prince looks just like her. This movie is essentially princess and the pauper but it is still a fun watch. Vanessa Hudgens is so pretty and this movie will convince you if you don’t think so.
4. Christmas with a View
A woman who works as a restaurant manager at a ski resort, runs into a famous chef who is trying to fulfill his Christmas wish. The main couple is cute together. I recommend it with all its cheesiness.
5. The Spirit of Christmas
I’m going to admit it has a weird premise but it’s cute so stick with me. Essentially, there is an attorney named Kate who goes to Vermont to oversee the sale on an inn. When she gets to the inn, to her surprise she discovers it is haunted by a hot 20th century ghost. I really liked the chemistry between the couple and how different the movie was from typical Christmas movies.
6. Christmas Wedding Planner
Okay I’ll admit this movie is not that great but for some reason I could not stop watching. So our main girl is a wedding planner! This is her first wedding and it’s her cousins. She wants to get everything perfect but then a cute private investigator who is her cousins ex shows up. This is a guilty pleasure type of movie but then again all Christmas romance movies are.
