  1. Getting Rid Of Triggers

Sometimes certain things can set a person off. For example, following models on instagram when you already feel insecure will not help you. Unfollow anyone who makes you feel insecure and unworthy.

  1. Spend Time Doing Things You Love

Figure out what makes you, well, you! Go see a movie you have been wanting to see, or read that book you keep putting off, spend time with those friends you haven’t seen in a while. Doing things that make you happy while also giving you a distraction is always a positive.
