Crystals You Need for the New Semester

As classes begin again, I’m sure you’re already feeling the pressure. Although there are many ways to de-stress as the semester progresses, here is a list of my favorite crystals that helped me last semester. I brought many of these to exams with me and always did extremely well, even when I was doubtful. I kept tumbles and raw forms of these crystals in my pocket with me, although you can wear all of these crystals as jewelry as well. As long as they are close to you during your exam, presentation, paper writing, etc., they will help you!

  1. Lepidolite

Lepidolite is known for its calming aspects. For me, it has always been a peaceful crystal that aids with anxiety. I personally have a lepidolite pyramid, which focuses on peaceful energy. I use lepidolite to calm extreme test anxiety.

  1. Citrine

Citrine is one of my favorite crystals generally, but it’s especially amazing in an academic setting. I use citrine for joy and confidence.

  1. Tiger’s Eye

I use tiger’s eye for similar reasons as citrine. Tiger’s eye radiates courage and grounding, while providing some protection as well. I bring tiger’s eye to exams and other stressful academic events to protect my energy from negativity and keep my spirits high.

  1. Green Aventurine

Green aventurine is a great crystal for luck and prosperity, making it a perfect addition to your pencil box.

Honorable mentions:

  • Howlite: peace and anxiety reduction
  • Black obsidian: protection and grounding
  • Moonstone: intuition
  • Carnelian: confidence
  • Red jasper (highly recommend wearing as a necklace): clarity and courage
