She’s very merry & cute. My playlist. (hehe;)

You don’t have to celebrate Christmas to enjoy Christmas music, because a bop is a bop.

So, for the purposes of this week’s themed article, I will be disclosing bops of the cute & festive variety, that I believe are worthy of a spot on your December playlist.

Many of which I don’t know whether I am embarrassed or shameless to admit I’ve been listening to on & off since July…there I said it.

Alright, I am just going to start off real raw & honest with you & admit that I listen to @arianagrande’s “Christmas and Chill” all year round.

I love the whole album & I’ve never heard something quite like it, but my personal favorite is “True Love”.

We also cannot sleep on her iconic Christmas single (accompanied by the cutest, most adorable music video) , “Santa Tell Me”??

Plus, if we want to take it wayyyy back (because Ariana’s Christmas music is the gift that keeps on giving), her 2013 Christmas EP “Christmas Kisses” includes some of my favorite covers of Christmas classics including “Last Christmas”, “Snow in California”, and an iconic duet of “Santa Baby” with Liz Gillies.

(I mean I have to gIVe it uP for my favorite duo;)

We already know this album MUST make the list. “Mistletoe” and “Christmas Eve”?? This is a pretty untouchable work of art, a masterpiece truly. Shawty, I just wanna be YOU underneath the mistletoe with JB, is that too much to ask? @haileybieber?? Please get back to me & let me know.

The fact that Mariah’s “Merry Christmas” album makes its way onto the iTunes Charts annually at this time of year, alongside THE Christmas anthem, “All I Want for Christmas Is You” making its way up to the Top 10 every year, given it came oUt IN 1994, speaks for itself.

“All I Want For Christmas Is You” is the season’s national anthem, she is in a league of her own. No questions asked.

First of all, John Legend wins all the awards for this Christmas album title. I appreciate a good pun, makes me happy. All of Me thanks you, John. ;)

This year, the Deluxe Edition was released with even more covers and original Christmas songs on the album.

“Bring Me Love” and “Silver Bells”, both more of the upbeat singles, are two of my go-to’s.

Another Christmas staple, some of my favorites sung by Bublé on the album include “Holly Jolly Christmas” , “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas”, and “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot like Christmas”, all so smooth and heavenly. :,)

In terms of albums, other honorable mentions include Pentatonix’s “That’s Christmas To Me”  and “A Pentatonix Christmas Deluxe”.

However, there are always a few random Christmas singles and covers floating around in my head too.

Some new singles I’ve been loving this season are “Like It’s Christmas” by the Jonas Brothers & Alessia Cara’s “Make it to Christmas”.

Also, any and all of Miley Cyrus’ holiday covers on Spotify singles have a special place in my heart as well. Her cover of  “Happy Xmas (War is Over)”? Thank me later.

Of course these are only a few of the many cute & festive Christmas songs that make up “my merry cute christmas playlist”, which I’m constantly adding to and looking for recommendations for, soO if you’d like to follow me on Spotify– *cough* @deemaea *cough*, and peep that playlist you can do so as well.

I hope this music can be the accompaniment to another beautiful holiday season surrounded by the people you love.
