Why did you choose to come to KU?
Out of all the schools I got into, I liked how KU had the college town feel. And when I came on a campus visit they were very welcoming, so I could see this becoming my home away from home.
What did you want to be when you were a kid?
I’ve always wanted to be a doctor of some sort.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Hopefully I’ll be finished with med school and beginning to start my life. I’m not sure, hopefully I’ll be married too.
Who is your number one celebrity crush?
Ty Dolla Sign. He’s got really great eyes.
Who is your biggest role model or inspiration?
As cheesy as it sounds, my biggest role models are my parents. They came to this country and struggled to make my life what it is right now, and so they are my biggest inspiration.
What is your favorite food?
Cheeseburgers and fries hands down. Even if I go to some fancy restaurant, I’ll probably just get a cheeseburger and fries.
What would be your idea of a perfect night out?
Any time I can get dressed up or I can eat, I’m happy. Basically, a perfect night our would just be to get dressed in my best outfit and go out to a nice restaurant by the beach.
What genre of music do you hate the most?
Rock. It seems like it’s just screaming and banging, it’s not music to me. I feel like it’s angry and I’m just not angry like that.
What is your biggest accomplishment in life?
Graduating high school with the honors that I did.
