One thing that can make or break a run is music. When my iPod dies, I feel my mind begin to stress about everything I need to get done or think only about the pain of the current mile. Even putting my ipod on shuffle isn’t good enough, as slow songs are sure to creep in and mess with my momentum.The perfect combination of songs is necessary for a good long run.
