What’s a better way to procrastinate other than to create DIY gifts for your friends and family? Here’s an easy pom-pom tutorial I decided to try out!
What you’ll need:

Tissue paper
-
Scissors
-
Cotton twine
-
Tape
-
A pen
Step 1: Cut the tissue paper to a size that is right for you.
Step 2: Fold like an accordion. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Clearly, mine’s not.
Step 4: Wrap the twine in the middle and secure it.
Step 5: Cut the ends to create a point.
Step 5: Peel back each layer to create something like this:
Step 6: Hang on the wall or on the ceiling!
