What’s your favorite thing about Kenyon so far?
My friends…and the 2% milk machine in Peirce. And ballroom dancing.

What is something that a lot of people at Kenyon don’t know about you?
I only wear ties that have animal motifs. I currently have: giraffes (my spirit animal), ladybugs, fish, and cranes.

What’s your dream job?
A physician of some kind.

What’s a surefire way to win you over?
Bring me milk and hugs. But I only want hugs if I know who you are.

What’s your dream date?
I believe that it’s possible to have a great time regardless of the scenario. What’s important is that you’re having a great time with someone who means a lot to you.

Favorite Movie?
Lilo & Stitch. I love most Disney movies and 80s romantic comedies because I’m a dork.

If you could sing a duet with anyone, who would it be and what song would you sing?
I’ve already sung my ideal duet. I sang “Take Me or Leave Me” from RENT with my sister and I’ve sang “Lucky” with you (author Lexi Bollis). There are no more duets in need of duetting.

If you could go anywhere in the world, to where would you travel?
When I was little, I always wanted to go to Saturn’s rings because I thought it would be cool to walk on them.

What’s on your Kenyon Bucket list?
To reach every roof on campus before I graduate, ideally at night…and with friends.

Class of 2017 at Kenyon College. English major, Music and Math double minor. Hobbies: Reading, Writing, Accidentally singing in public, Eating avocados, Adventure, and Star Wars.
Ally Bruschi is a senior political science major at Kenyon College. She spent this past summer interning as a writer with both The Daily Meal, a digital media group  dedicated to "all things food and drink" and The Borgen Project, a non-profit organization that partners with U.S. policymakers to alleviate global poverty. Before entering the "real world" of jobs, however, Ally spent many summers as a counselor at an all-girls summer camp in Vermont, aka the most wonderful place on earth. A good book, a jar of peanut butter, a well-crafted Spotify playlist, and a lazy dog could get her through even the worst of days.
