As many of you already know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. During this time of year, organizations like Susan G. Komen and the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. work hard to raise awareness for this disease that affects 1 in every 8 women. In order to do our part, Her Campus Kent State will be wearing pink every Wednesday this month and we encourage all of you collegiettes to join us!
