What is your role in TV2?This semester I am an investigative reporter. I develop more in-depth, enterprise stories covering topics that affect the community.
What is your favorite thing about TV2?A combination of the people I work with, and the people I get to meet. The entire staff from talent to crew is just fantastic, and I’ve met a lot of good friends through TV2. But also, being a reporter gives me a front row seat to life and I’ve been able to go to incredibly interesting places and meet some pretty incredible people.
What is your favorite thing about Kent/Kent State?The Greek community here is pretty amazing. It definitely gives anyone apart of it a “home away from home feeling.” Also, the fact that the Greek community is able to come together and raise an unprecedented amount of money this semester is really inspiring.

What is your advice for someone who wants to get involved with TV2?Apply for every position and take advantage of every opportunity. If you’re interested in broadcast journalism, then you should know how to do every aspect of the job from camera work to producing to anchoring. Plus any chance you have to get in the newsroom and meet the awesome people who work there is definitely worth it.
How would you describe yourself in three words?I would describe myself by the three most important things to me: Faith, Family, Friends.
