As the season shifts into colder temperatures, one might feel inclined to download a dating app and match for a date. But it is easier said than done, plus you do not need to be asked on a date to go out on one. When is the last time you wined and dined yourself or bought something that caught your eye? Here are a couple of ideas to romance yourself this season.

Buy yourself flowers.

I know we all have passed by the flower aisle at the grocery store, wanting to be surprised with a pretty bouquet. Next time you find yourself having those thoughts, buy them for yourself. Add it to the grocery list, or you could go to a nursery and buy a plant if that is your forte!

try a new restaurant

Eating out alone can be scary, but it is far from it, plus there are places to sit for singles, like the bar. Grab a drink and a nice meal for yourself. And you will not be alone and might start a conversation with the person next to you. Try not to overthink the whole ordeal and enjoy yourself, especially your company.

SPA DAY

Spending the day being pampered is always good for the mind and body. Relax at home with a face mask or if you want to splurge, get a massage or facial.

MAKE A PLAYLIST

Add all of the songs you enjoy or create a theme for the playlist to enjoy and dedicate it to yourself. You can enjoy it while you clean, relax or for a soothing drive around town.

It is important we pour into ourselves as much as we want others to do the same!
